z3x model tool does not support usb modem direct unlock, we can get receive code from anywhere on net, modem tool support only e1550 in huawei modems

succesfully unlock u830 by flash patch, but now a little problem. Phone lanuage change from english to ????? may be russian. Now how to put it back to english. I dont know russian. Andrew Boss please help
