Please can someone advise which tool actually changes 6700c product code?

I have tried with MT Box, Infinity Best, NSS all read phone perfectly go through the motions of changing product code, say product code is changed ok.

i have n73 , whichi already flashed with latest version matching the product code .

still ovi store is not working

can any body suggest me he reason thereof or any remedy
